The importance of mental health has never been greater. ‌In the United States, one out of five ‌adults‌ ‌suffers‌ ‌from‌ ‌a‌ ‌mental‌ ‌health‌ ‌disorder. ‌These include anxiety disorders, panic attacks, and depression.

More than half of Americans with mental health issues do not receive treatment, totaling 27 million people each‌ ‌year.
